The American Heart Association (AHA) Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED course teaches people how to: Provide first aid, Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and Use an automated external defibrillator (AED). 
The course is designed for people with little or no medical training who need a course completion card for a job, regulatory requirements, or other reasons. It's also suitable for anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting.

First aid basics
Medical emergencies
Injury emergencies
Environmental emergencies
Treating bleeding, sprains, broken bones, and shock
Recognizing a heart attack and stroke
Choking relief in adults, children, and infants
What to do for sudden cardiac arrest in adults, children, and infants
